Description: This printed saree brings together three distinct processes in one piece. The yarn is hand-spun, the fabric is hand-woven in rural North Karnataka, and then hand-printed in Sanganer using vintage wooden blocks and pigment dyes. Each process leaves its own character on the fabric. Being a 100-count saree, it is lightweight and easy to style; it offers something distinctive without demanding attention.

Detail: Sanganeri old blocks with a touch of geometry provide an unexpected harmony that makes this space-dyed yarn saree distinctive. The 4-coloured butti/motif, measuring 6 inches, is meticulously placed across the saree. Dainty buttis alternating with an ornate border form the pallu. This saree has a half-inch maroon border.

Colour: Blue stream saree with black, mustard, dark green, and maroon block prints.

Size & Weight: 5.50 meters long and 47 inches wide. It does not include a blouse piece. This saree weighs 600 grams.

Care: Hand wash at home in cold water with mild detergent, and dry in the shade.

Note: The price mentioned is for one saree. Our friend Cynthia is 5.5 feet tall and is wearing her personal blouse. Small variations in colour and print are intrinsic to the handcrafted process.

Our sarees are pre-washed, so there's no colour bleeding or shrinkage.

Our Khadi is pre-shrunk; in some instances, it may shrink by 3%.
With every wash, due to de-starching, Khadi gets softer and better.
Each Khadi piece is spun and woven in Karnataka—unique in texture, rich in heritage, and light on the planet.
Slight fading and colour variation may occur; that’s the charm of natural dyes and hand processes.
