Shipping Policy

At Metaphor Racha, we take immense care to ensure your products are delivered safely and on time. Here’s everything you need to know about our shipping process:

Domestic Shipping (Within India):

  • Flat Rate: ₹100 for orders below ₹1000.
  • Free Shipping: On orders above ₹1000.

International Shipping:

  • Charges are calculated based on the weight, dimensions of the parcel, and the destination.

Processing and Dispatch Time:

  • Since most of our products are handcrafted and made-to-order, we require seven working days to prepare your order.
  • Once dispatched from our Bengaluru address, delivery timelines are:
    • Within India: 3–5 working days.
    • Outside India: 8–14 working days, depending on your location.

Delivery Information:

  • Deliveries occur between Monday and Saturday, 9 AM–7 PM, excluding Sundays and public holidays.
  • We will promptly update you in case of unforeseen delays due to weather, strikes, or courier issues.
  • Once your package is shipped, we’ll email you the tracking information for your convenience.

Important Notes:

  • We do not deliver to P.O. boxes or Dropbox addresses.
  • A complete address and a valid phone number are mandatory for smooth delivery.
  • We cannot be held responsible for delays caused by incomplete or incorrect addresses or unavailability at delivery time.
